Blue - You can definitely name my tires. PPH

Lexi - I did some highway driving the other day and had a death grip on my steering wheel due to these old tires. I can’t wait for the new ones!!

Turns out I only need one new tire. Did you guys just want to name the one new one, or should we name them all?

    Trishk - Pictures? I could arrange that…

Fab - We should name your tires too, then!

You should’ve replaced them all. Not for safety or anything, but because the new one will not be accepted into the herd.

So is that what they said the problem is?

I like new tires, but why the hell are they so damn expensive? I think the ones I put on my Blazer were about $120 a piece.

Tenacious B - I understand your concern completely and had a discussion with the other three before I drove home.

Eliz - Car drives like a dream now. :disco:

Nobody - Yeah, the cost is why I wait to get new tires until I’m afraid for my life…

ps - where in the hell is my gravatar?! :grrsign:

I bought cheeeep tires the first time they wore out - i regretted it for the next 50k miles. I got the middle of the road (not the cheapest, not the most expensive) offered and was wayyyy happier. Something to think about.

Re: savings account you mentioned months ago - ING has an online bank - they were paying 4% interest at one point - now it’s 3.5 or so, I think, but still way better than the 1% my credit union pays. It’s worth it to shop around - in that day when you actually will have “EXTRA MONEY” left at the end of the month. :D
