Today was spent with Elizabeth. We got pedicures. We did a little bit of shopping.
Then we decided to get our eyebrows waxed and I got my hair chopped off. It had been two years since I cut my hair last, and 10 inches grew in that time. I purposefully wait until its long enough to donate.
The waxing of the eyebrows… yeah, that was my first time. Minor ‘owie’ there. My skin was so red that I felt like I was a 1980′s glam rocker with pink eye shadow. But, my newly shaped eyebrows made it all worth it. Its amazing how groomed eyebrows can make a person look so different. I’m maintaining these beauties, thats for sure.

Little advice on the eyebrow thing….DO NOT decide that it seems easy enough to just do yourself. I’ve torn 1/2 my eyebrow off TWICE in my stubbornness to avoid the $12. Now, I just try to keep up with tweezers.
