Your example is exactly why I won't use the same company for the internet as I do for the t.v. They even tried to talk us into getting phone service with them! What? So when everything goes out we can't even call them?? I hope you get some answers at the doctors. Don't let them brush you off or make you feel like your symptoms aren't real.
