Roommates or visitors should make the homeowner aware of an empty roll of toilet paper as soon as possible.
Or, if previously stated roommate or visitor is extremely self-motivated, the empty roll should be replaced immediately.
That is, unless you enjoy the feeling of a full roll of toilet paper being lodged into your throat.

You know how you put off vacuuming because you really hate to vacuum… then you finally vacuum and the floor looks so much better.
And then you think, “Gee, that looks so much better. I should do that more often…”
